This bench is located near the entrance to Lichfield Cathedral. My initial thought was to shoot it in colour, but after deliberating for a while, I decided to convert it to Black and White which I think looks more atmospheric . Anyway I like it.

 

 

 

 

I had been reading a book about using shadows to create an image so I tried this. It's just a shot of a lamp we have at home. I liked it more than I was expecting to.

 

 

 

 

This shot was taken at a local Canal Festival. They were just having a break from performing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was trying to get the heads in alignment, but it just didn't happen. When I showed the photo to the young lady she was quite pleased with it. I did ask her permission to use it on here.
